| AgSource provides feed and forage analysis services in a variety of packages and options for both Wet Chemistry and NIR analyses. Roughly 50 percent of our analysis is done using wet chemistry. This gives AgSource customers a huge advantage in accuracy versus competitor labs that run infrequent wet chemistry samples. The three full time wet lab employees have over 60 years of full time experience with these tests. Since our wet chemistry lab is running full time, we constantly check our NIR samples to assure their accuracy. This also enables us to update our NIR equations on a regular basis. |
Same day results can be expected for samples submitted for NIR analysis. Samples being run by wet chemistry methods typically are done the next day. Results are sent by mail, fax, e-mail or available for download from the Internet. Software is available from the lab to store, view and print results from your PC on request.
