COMPLETE SOIL ANALYSIS & PLANT TISSUE PACKAGE             

Analysis includes all elements of the Routine Soil Analysis, a complete Micro-Nutrient Analysis including Sulfur, Boron, Zinc, and Manganese and a Plant Tissue Analysis.  Color Test Reports are provided in a user-friendly and easy to comprehend format.  Fertilizer recommendations are custom based for each grower and tailored to the exact field conditions based on lab analysis.  Recommendations have been modified from what you would normally find on a lab report to provide the lbs/acre of a specific type of fertilizer rather than just listing the lbs/acre of N-P-K.  For reasons of fertilizer cost and to make applications easier, we've limited the number of types of recommended fertilizers down to just a few rather than having the grower purchase several individual types of fertilizer. This may allow you to receive a bulk/volume discount from the co-op as well.  We've thoroughly researched the combinations and list the ideal application dates where appropriate.

After an orchard or Christmas tree plantation is established, a maintenance fertility program ensures that all elements will be available during critical time. Weather conditions affect soil properties during the season and some elements may become tied up and unavailable to the plant. This necessitates the need for a grower to maintain a tissue-monitoring program to make sure all of these critical levels are met during the season. Only through this complete soil and tissue analysis can the most accurate fertilizer recommendations be provided. PLANT TISSUE ANALYSIS

Analysis includes Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc, Calcium, Magnesium, Sulfur, Manganese, Boron, Copper, Iron, Aluminum and Sodium.

ROUTINE SOIL ANALYSIS

Analysis includes soil Phosphorus, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, pH, Organic Matter, Lime Requirement, and Cation Exchange Capacity.  No fertilizer recommendations are provided.

ORCHARD / PLANTATION ESTABLISHMENT SOIL ANALYSIS

This analysis is recommended only for orchard or Christmas tree plantation establishment because it does not include a Plant Tissue Analysis.  This analysis provides a complete soil analysis including the Routine Soil Analysis and Micro-nutrient Analysis and provides fertilizer recommendations for orchard or plantation establishment.  We do not recommend utilizing this package other than for orchard or plantation establishment.  During a Christmas tree rotation or after orchard establishment, we strongly encourage utilizing the Complete Soil Analysis & Plant Tissue Package to provide a complete picture of the overall nutrient status of the orchard or plantation and to help us provide you with the most accurate fertilizer recommendations possible.
