Pathogen testing is available for finished products and environmental swabs. The Food and Environmental Laboratories test a variety of dairy products including cheese, whey permeate, powdered product and butter. Non-dairy products are tested, as well. AgSource also works with customers to develop HACCP plans and testing requirements.
