FIELD TECHNICIANS COMPLETE INTERMEDIATE TRAINING

VERONA, Wis. - Five Field Technicians completed the AgSource Intermediate Field Technician Training. Field Technicians successfully completing the training include Lenny Heath of Rock County DHIA; Paul Scharenbrock, Dawn Owens, Jesse Krueger, and Dwayne Marty all of AgSource Cooperative Services.

Intermediate Training is a three day intensive training in which Field Technicians advance the skills necessary for continued success as a Field Technician.  During the training Field Technicians learn about DHI and AgSource organizational structure, review the uniform procedures, policies and standards, gain hands on experience in herd input exercises, sales training, and discuss the care and maintenance of computers and meters.

"Intermediate Training is an important part of the professional development of a   Field Technician," stated Tom DeMuth, Manager of DHI Services. "AgSource is committed to a high level of service to each of our members.  This level of service is only possible with training programs like this. We are confident that each of these Field Technicians has the necessary knowledge to deliver the value of DHI services to our members."

AgSource, headquartered in Verona, Wis., is a subsidiary of Cooperative Resources International and a member-owned cooperative that provides agricultural and environmental laboratory analysis and management information services to members and clients from North America and overseas from eight locations in the Midwest and Northwest.
