RUTARO PROMOTED TO JOINT AGSOURCE AND GENEX POSITION

VERONA, Wis.- Hamid Rutaro has been promoted to serve in the role of AgSource DHI Service Representative/Genex Area Program Consultant.  In his new role, Hamid will work with Genex and AgSource members in southern Wisconsin.

In this position, Hamid will be responsible for sales and support to assigned key accounts and will cooperate with the CRI team to assist with key account management.  Additional in his role he will provide on-farm support to members of the cooperative in the use of farm-based herd management systems and electronic interfaces for AgSource data.         

A Makerere University graduate in 2004, Hamid received his degree in veterinary medicine.  Upon graduation, Hamid completed an internship in dairy herd management at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.  He joined the cooperative in 2006, and has worked as a Field Technician with AgSource for the past two years.  In the new position, Hamid looks forward to acquiring skills and knowledge to share with members while offering quality service and achieving a high level of member satisfaction.
