The Outreach, Training and Sales Support Division is pleased to announce the recent hire of Kayla Steffel and Luke Boehnlein as AgSource Solution Representatives. Steffel and Boehnlein join Ashley Johnson and Jon Jandrin in providing sales support throughout the AgSource Dairy marketing area.  AgSource Solution Representatives work to introduce products and services to prospective and current AgSource customers.

Kayla Steffel is a 2015 graduate of UW-Platteville, and has been employed with AgSource as a regional support technician in the northeast region since May of 2015. She has a strong dairy background, having grown up on a small dairy in Oconto County, where she assisted in all aspects of herd management. While at college, Steffel was very involved in Sigma Alpha, participated in Collegiate Farm Bureau and was a Women's Greek Council Representative. She is very active in her local community, volunteering in Oconto County's Ag in the Classroom program and helping with swine showmanship clinics for county youth. She resides in Coleman, Wisconsin with her fiancé.
Luke Boehnlein is a 2003 graduate of UW-Platteville and has held many roles throughout the cooperative since his hire in June of 2004. He began as a field technician for AgSource in Northeast Wisconsin, and then in 2005 served as a breeding program specialist for Genex in Brown and Outagamie counties. He later accepted the position of Dairy Education Manager, where he worked to educate new employees on providing superior dairy and large herd reproductive services. Most recently Boehnlein worked outside of the dairy industry in sales, but found that he missed being involved in the industry he has a passion for. He and his girlfriend will be relocating to Northwest Wisconsin.
