AgSource Service Group WisGraph Report Order Form

Nutritionists, veterinarians, milk quality specialists, lenders and other consultants can receive Agsource data downloads, copies of paper reports and WisGraphs for their clients directly from Agsource. For billing purposes, Agsource denotes all of the above as "Service Groups". To receive AgSource information, you must provide your client's Herd Code, Release Code and have a Service Group Number..
